Juliane Seika wins Gert-von-Kortzfleisch-Prize 2026 for her thesis
Dr Juliane Seika was awarded to recognise outstanding academic work in the field of system dynamics for her thesis “Circular Economy Solutions for Electric Vehicle Batteries: A System Dynamics Simulation of Consumer Demand and Emerging Business Strategies”. Using system dynamics, her contribution to the CircuBAT project (Subproject 07) examines the demand for circular economy solutions for electric vehicle batteries in Switzerland, as well as the development of new business strategies in this dynamic field of application.
